CESD 708 Quantitative Research II

The Quantitative Research II course provides students with the opportunity to use research designs appropriate to quantitative and mixed-methods research. Students will engage with quantitative data analysis methods, models, and methods of sampling relevant to research design, instrument design and program evaluation. Students will use data analysis programs (i.e., SPSS, R, Jamovi, JASP) and strategies for conducting culturally relevant and culturally competent research. This course will add from the knowledge learned in Quantitative Research I and will culminate in a student-led quantitative research project that will be submitted to a professional conference of the student’s choosing.
