CESD 712 Coun.Super.Intern.(min.200hrs)

The Counselor Supervision Internship course provides students the opportunity for hands-on experience working in a supervision setting. Students will be required to show competency in theoretical frameworks and models of counseling supervision, assessment of supervisees’ developmental level and other relevant characteristics, and administrative procedures and responsibilities related to counseling supervision. Students will attend to the use of technology in counseling supervision and using strategies of leadership in consultation for culturally sustaining leadership and advocacy practices.
