ECO 387 Antitrust and Regulation
This course examines economic policy in the form of government regulation and antitrust. The course focuses on the market failures and potential excesses of market power that warrant government scrutiny and intervention. A discussion of emerging health, safety, and environmental regulations will be added to antitrust issues. (Prerequisites: ECO 201 and 202, or 203)
