ECO 389 The Economics of Law
This course provides an introduction into the economic analysis of law and its effect on social welfare. Areas of focus include evaluating the legal rules and impact of property rights, contractual arrangements, tort, and intellectual property. (Prerequisites: ECO 201 and 202, or 203)
