Topics in Applied Nutrition is an advanced course designed to build upon foundational concepts in medical nutrition therapy. Students will apply critical thinking skills to real-world patient cases to develop personalized, evidence-based nutrition care plans that address a wide range of health conditions. Emphasis will be placed on the integration of clinical knowledge, evidence-based literature, and practical problem-solving.
