Contemporary Marketing discusses relevant topics in the field of marketing addressing foundational concepts and emerging trends.
This course examines organizational failure, what contributes to dysfunctional teams and how to avoid unfavorable outcomes. Strategy, change management, team dynamics, building trust, rebranding, and pivoting are all explored.
The culminating experience requires synthesis and integration of knowledge gained throughout the program as demonstrated by response to a case study scenario. Students draw upon the concepts learned to prepare an analysis of and solution to a hypothetical business problem. Taken within the final 0-6 credits of the program.
